This is what I do

I work as an Inspection Engineer at A.Hak Industrial Services, located in Tricht, the Netherlands. My job is to inspect pipelines and the field of activity is mainly petro-chemical. The inspections are worldwide (both on- and offshore) and are performed by small specialized teams. In the past five years I have been to England, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Canary Islands, Portugal, United Arabic Emirates, and the USA (Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, California, Alaska).

I spent a great deal of my time behind a screen.At home I got several boxes. The picture is some years old but it gives a nice impression. My boxes run mainly on Linux, Freesco for the router/webserver, Ubuntu on my desktop and netbook. The netbook has dual boot so Nelly can use XP.
